The holidays are here! What better way to celebrate than by visiting the Holiday Gifty Art Fair at the Crucible! This is my first event as a vendor, so I’m very excited. Here are a few photos of items I’ll be selling (art prints, greeting cards, magnets, jewelry and ornaments).
My art pal, Stefanie and 70 other vendors will also be on hand to provide you with a wonderful shopping experience. Steampunk machine inventors “Kinetic Steamworks” will be there to welcome jolly old Saint Nick, so hope you can make it!

“Liquid Koi” is a digital piece created for the Tomate de Arbol Magazine of Argentina(page 112-113), focusing on the theme “Liquid”. The original artwork was created in pen/ink, then scanned and modified in Photoshop.

I’m participating in an all-female art show at the Everybody Get Up Gallery called “Let Them Eat Cake” until May. If you have a sweet tooth and love frilly things, then this show is for you. The subject matter is a brief departure from my usual gothic tendencies, but it was a fun experiment. Shop here on the EverybodyGetUp site. A percentage of the profits will benefit the East Bay SPCA.

Matt Hawkins’ blog site Custom Paper Toys is a great collection of constructed characters. Paper toys are an emerging, affordable method of art promotion through DIY methods.
Mail Me Art by Darren Di Lieto (Illustration News Portal) is an interesting project where artists submit art through the postal system. You could check out the book for the initial project here.
