“Lucky Spades” is a light-hearted rendition of Lady Luck, with touches of shamrocks and St. Patrick’s Day. The creative process of producing cartoon style artwork is very uplifting, a stark contrast from the mental mindset necessary to produce the darker, gothic surrealist pieces. Like all my artwork, this was originally sketched in pen on paper. It was later redrawn in Adobe Illustrator and is available as a shirt.
