Direct Mail as “cutting edge” promotion? Brandweek posted an interesting article on how direct mail (postcards, newsletters, and other printed materials) is a hot item again since we seem to be overrun with online clutter. More here.

Christophe Szpajdel does very cool logos for “Death Metal” band. There’s a nice gothic quality to his work, reminiscent of the amazing Margo Chase.
