Creating the artwork Ghosts of Khmer Rouge was an emotional process as it was in honor of my family who was lost many moons ago. Original Art
I was surprised and honored that Tee3 (Tru.Eternal.Essence.3), a Cambodian hip-hop musician who lived through the Khmer Rouge tragedy was inspired to get my artwork tattooed. Huge thanks to him for forwarding me the images. It’s very rewarding to create pieces that affect others positively.
The tattoo was done by Le Thanh Le of Aliza Ink.

These images were experimental projects resulting from left-over paint materials of another piece. I never like wasting anything, so I dug into the paints with my hands–literally–finished the paints and created these abstract pieces. The scratch-like marks were done with fingernails
